SYSTEM OVERVIEW
Avaya SuperPipes
represent a new class of routers that complement the award-winning Avaya
Pipeline family. Avaya's SuperPipe 95 multiservice access router is a
complete solution for corporate telecommuters, remote offices, and small
businesses that want advanced networking features without sacrificing
performance, network security, or budget. Ideal for Internet access,
remote access, virtual private networks, and voice and video services, the
SuperPipe 95 product integrates a range of interface alternatives that
provide the connectivity choices that businesses need, including dual ISDN
access ports, security features, and LAN, telephone, and video interface
ports.
The all-in-one
design reduces costs by eliminating the need for expensive software
upgrades, memory modules, add-on cards, or separate VPN and firewall
devices. Initial configuration of the SuperPipe is quick and easy using
the graphical NavisConnect setup application, and ongoing management is
supported via SNMP, allowing management platforms such as Avaya
NavisAccess to provide comprehensive, centralized control and monitoring.
